Basically:brRoll your 401k into an IRA called ROBS(rollover business startup) and you can use it to startup a business and you have access to your own money brbrUse it to start a business that generates income and you are going to be an employee of that business brbrTips: it can be complicated and there are only a few 401k companies who will do this for you
