How about final statements and other notifications the bank was required to send her about the overdraft fee and the subsequent monthly fees & interest charges? Samething happened to me with Bank of America A month after i closed my account, i got an email saying that my balance was low I went to the bank to check it out The banker i spoke to told me that it was still open because the banker "accidently" left a $001on the account when they withdrew my money How does that happen accidentally???
