How about final statements and other notifications the bank was required to send her about the overdraft fee and the subsequent monthly fees & interest charges? Even if you opt for paperless, you still are supposed to get electronic or email notifications to replace them What a racket!

Samething happened to me with Bank of America A month after i closed my account, i got an email saying that my balance was low I went to the bank to check it out The banker i spoke to told me that it was still open because the banker "accidently" left a $001on the account when they withdrew my money How does that happen accidentally??? That was done on purpose Good thing i didn't have autopay set up on any of my bills

I had a loan with a bank and a 12 month payoff and paid it well before that time and it's listed on my cr that from the month I paid it off, as late The bank knows the shit is wrong and said I'd have to go through the credit bureau but guess what when i try to do it online as told, the security questions answers WAS WRONG because my ssn info Was stolen
