I'm not clearly getting the advantage of the mortgage in this scenario because in simple terms both parties got P500,00000, utilized it and both their repayment period is 6years at an amount of P9,97383 brbrTotal repayment and interest for the mortgage changed because of increase in M instalments I believe the mortgage interest savings will only reduce profitability to the bank not necessarily meaning that it goes to the borrower's bank accountbrMortgage is risky as any default in repayment will lead to asset repossession For personal loan you pay insurance and incase of any default the insurance can cover while you are given time to find another source of income In this scenario you presented I did not clearly get mortgage advantage Comment from : @morapedi8868 |
