HOLD UP Girl I love your channel but what you’re not about to do is call weight watchers a “fad” diet Weight watchers is excellent for people who want to lose weight and be educated on the foods you choose It’s encourages you to pick better foods I highly recommend weight watchers to anyone who wants to lose weight It is a sustainable and healthy way to do so It’s basically food journaling but with points assigned to each food It definitely did not require an “overhaul” of my kitchen either

I have a history of problematic eating and, probably as a result, can't tell when it's time for me to eat When I really got into exercise, I started doing journaling I got really obsessed with it, but it still helped me I found out I didn't eat enough and went to find out how to fix it When you undereat it is for example adviced to stop drinking caffeine and water as these are really good at suppressing feelings of hunger and don't add to your calorie intake (if you drink it without milk and sugar)brbrThe only reason I found out was starting to journal Don't start doing this without supervision It's hard to break with if you have a tendency to get obsessive It's always safer to consult a doctor before starting It may cost more, but your health is worth your life

The interesting thing about not owning a car is the pandemic made buying a bike or cycling more trendy, just like other outdoor activities As a result, the bikes readily available are very expensive, more expensive than a decent used vehicle without payments I see a lot of elitism in the biking community as a whole Not owning a car and having the ability to live within areas you can bike to and from is a privilege brbrAs an avid hiker, having a vehicle is convenient, especially becaus most wooded parks and nature preserves/trails aren't accessible by public transportation or biking I wouldn't feel safe biking in most cities because the infrastructure isn't designed for bikes and there are too many distracted drivers

First of all, as a French, I'm amazed at your excellent accent and fluency : congratulations, je vous félicite Re Pilates, how very true : before covid, we were a group of 4 , and since one had a huge lounge, we all met at her place and had a qualified, friendly pilates trainer come once a week : that was just so enjoyable and stimulating And sharing the cost into 4 made it really so affordable, no comparison with a one-to-one coach or gym hall, in fact a mere 12€ per person ! And I ended up making super friends Can(t wait for our courses to resume since trying it on our own gets so boring

$800 for a car? Definitely asking to “get what you paid for” But in cities with a strong car-sharing présence & pub transit options, this cost can be a very manageable budget cut (spend the $$ on combo of car sharing & Ubers/Lyft/etc & pub transit)

I have notoriously been bad at regularly keeping a diary/journal, but I still bought a little journal and have been sticking to a 500 calorie deficit I'm hopeful that having a dedicated journal (as well as not trading off making dinner with my bf because he is skinny as heck so I don't want to serve him low calorie meals) will help me stick to this and finally reach my fitness goals!
