I just cleaned a 10 toz of Argentine 9999 silver with the image of an elephant on it Beautiful piece I had made the mistake of picking up the silver with my bare hands and left a thumb print on it Sadly, the patina that was developing on the silver is what can make the silver more valuable but not with a thumb print on it Your method worked perfectly, and I've been able to do a reset back to when I bought the piece THANK YOU!brbrThank you for not only the guidance, but for being succinct in your delivery A lost art in communications

This really works: I've been doing it for a good while now on all my sterling silver jewellery BUT do NOT do this on any jewellery set with delicate gemstones (eg amber) or pearls!!!
