If deductible is not met and found other active insurance if we bill to that insurance they will refuse to pay because deductible amount is not met yet it's totally patient's responsibility So why secondary insurance will pay? brbrbrEx:1000 dollar is annual deductible amountbrPatient first claim billed is 400 dollar Primary applied towards deductible to patient 400 dollar, as per EOB if we bill to secondary active insurance so they will also refuse to pay until 1000 dollars will not met My question is that why we need to bill secondary insurancewe need to bill patient, Until all visits of the patient billed amount cost 1000 dollar till we can bill patient

These 3 are patient responsibility deductible the periodic ammount paid by the subscriber to minimise furture health risk, co pay is the ammount paid before service like consultantcy fees coinsurance mean any insurance company naver pay 100 Ammount to the subscriber for health risk rest of the ammount which is not paid by insurance company that ammount should be paid by subscriber that ammount is called co insurance
