Personally, I think both the Mario Land weren't that greater The controls, as you mentioned for the first SML, just didn't feel as tight and precise as the home console Marios, which, perhaps, is understandable considering the Game Boy's limitations Maybe it's just dated But I prefer the Wario Land games, which weren't Mario clones and really came into their own Comment from : @bagaaoglong
