Such an interesting point on learning launguages! Unbelievebly, he have learned French for 3 month to advanced level! I wish I could do the same Probably he put a lot of effort into aquiring knowledges I assume that task seems a considerable dificulty, but when you start using different methods and just start, it become an interesting adventure! One more point, he technically has a working method for internalizing new words

Definitely, it's really true! After school education we couldn't say a word in foreign language It used to be :( all the information went in one ear and out the other :))) But now we've a got lot of effective educational programms! And teachers and tutors are really great!!! And I Undoubtedly agree: we have to use as many feelings and emotions as we can :))) and tell our own story! 😍

Honestly, there wasn't anything new which I've never heard before But the mentioned problems were so close to me and the speaker was so incredibly confident and frank To be honest, at first I didn't think that I'll be watching this video till the end, but I've surprisingly got a great charge of motivation and don't regret even a single second spent on it Thanks Gabriel!!

Assuming he built the gramma sentences in French eg "je suis allé a l'école", how would he know to say "suis allé" if he had never learnt the French word "to go" Much less know how to properly conjugate it with "suis" and not "avoir"? or is it on purpose so that it creates that learning curve?

Wow, so involving performance 👏brActually, I agree If people (including me) want to learn some language perfectly, to internalize words more efficiently, they need to use such ways that touch their hearts (cause a lot of emotions, no matter, which ones exactly) I've noticed that I learn words and expressions more effectively, when I watch/read smth, use them often in real life

If you want to learn a language efficiently it needs to be watered, it needs sunlight, and it needs other seedlings around it- so other people to converse with so your language usage will blossom Mr Wyner I enjoyed your TEDx talk

It's definitely right, sometimes as teachers, we just need to complete a module, a level, etc, the important thing is to make something memorable in order for students to reminisce as much as they can by using the language vividly
