I use MEI and never had this issue The acceptors are in an American Changer Also, I wanted to let you know that the tubular lock style you have on the changers is pretty low security for a changer I would change those to Medeco high security locks

Good to hear you let the police know about it This is my educated guess about why those fake bills worked in the change machine The thing with the fake bills that work in the change machine is that the toner used to print them is magnetic toner, which is not something that the average person can buy Thats why the Amazon bought bills didnt work because they used regular toner to print them Anyhow, hope the people who ripped you off get caught Please let the viewers like us know what happens
