So u make $30k in a month, but $7k profit, if u had a minimum wage 40 hours a week job that’s about $600, times 4 weeks is $2400, that’s a little under $10k a month, after a year you’ll have almost $120k, that would be a smart side job as long as you are able to handle a full time job while running a laundromat

Many people think you sit and watch the money roll in They don't see it roll out in fire insurance, maintenance and repair, your time and on and on if you're bringing in that much that soon you're doing well my husband and I bought a fourplex, actually two twoplexes, one of which had no roof, and it took 4 years of side jobbing it to have all 4 units up and rented
