Our company has switched to Outlook but do not use any of the other apps on the platform I have noticed we can be unorganized with some tasks I work as a program manager by supporting schools with a cafeteria program Many times, a school needs something, so I put it in our company chat (we use 8x8 instead of Teams currently) My question is if we typically have the same teams (mostly all the program managers together and perhaps another team of each program manager’s territory/admin), can we continuously use the same Teams/Channels you mentioned as an ongoing way to put files and tasks? Or do we have to keep making new Teams and Channels? I’m new to Microsoft and these applications, so the more watered down answer will help so much I just watched your video on the different task mgmt things and saw you recommend Project I’m not sure if that would be good for us to start off with since it seems like to work, it would need to be organization-wide Look forward to your feedback, and thanks for the videos!
