Hey John I am working on my bank data Placed it into subcategories and done subtotals for each category What I am stumped on is how to represent the subtotals as part of a set value for my budget If the 5200 is not on the bank data how do I add this value so I can do calculations egmy budget is 5200 per month cat 1 is 10 of the 5200 brAlso need to calculate each month my total expenditure, have I gone over my budget amount (5200 ) Basically an over and under this would be a great video if you could provide it Comment from : @mmacdog5113

I mean the headers are different and are in different columns eg the description or amount of the credit card download is in column D and E and in the checking/saving account download it is in F and G column How can we combine the two different downloads to calculate our income and expenses?
