My grandfather died in 2019 and Bank of America assisted his deceased friends daughter transfer funds from his account for years before his death I don’t have the money and power to fight for him in court but I don’t go a day without thinking about the situation

Quit using them in the 90s when they claimed we were overdrawn a hundred dollars rwo different times Just wtote 100 overdrawn but no canceled checks or withdrawals Called them and they couldn't explain it

Used this bank until about a year ago when they "lost" an almost $17,000 deposit I made Supposedly, there was a computer issue on the day I made the deposit The funds were to be released but because of this they continued to hold my money even though it had cleared the other bank The customer service and their security dept treated me like trash and would not release my money until another 10 day waiting period By this time, they been collecting interest on my money for almost a month As soon as it was made available to me, I set up an appointment and withdrew the money and as quickly as I could I closed my account! I'd been with BOA for almost 20 yrs and I was just furious!!! Glad I changed banks

I don't know why UPS is wining I only earn a little over $11 a hour I went back to work because social security is so little nobody can live on it anymore I understand that they need AC and that's not asking too much on that page I agree But what us seniors get we can't afford AC but the government has forgotten about us We really need to put them in their place Election day will come
