I'm going to use your answer because mine was a customer came in and bought a hot n ready pizza well the pizza was old she yelled at me when she called over the phone I apologized and tried telling her what I could do to fix the issue She Continued to yell at me and asked for the manager I was the manager at the time so she continued to yell asking "what kind of business are you guys running? your stealing our money!" she yelled brI had to speak over her and told her "Ma'am please calm down because with all your yelling nothing will ever get solvedbraaaaand she hung up
