I had a stroke and now have limp Maybe muscle contraction? I can walk short distances without cane but maybe get tired long distance coz of Congestive Heart Failure? Cardiologist says I'm ok with Ejection Fraction of normal around 65 I think

My 11 year old son just got diagnosed with FND and cant walk His legs are 100 strong Were not 100 sure about diagnose but for the time being until we get the right treatment would these activates help him?

I seem to have packets of very hard skin on the soles of both feet and the pain throws me off balance I have moved a lot to keep up my physical strength and I hope to be able to walk again I do have my feet looked up regularly but the skin grows very fast

I do have one question if this makes sense I am unsteady walking out in the open although I do it i havent had a stroke or anything like that just sciatica and leg weakness I am adhering to your vids but if I walk normally on flat ground im a little unsteady but if I walk quickly I'm more stable does that mean anything? I had a CVA 23mon and 3 days ago I was a bad one Was in the hospital for 13 days I used a walker for 5 days The first day, It took me 25 min to walk 50 yards I said to my self, this wont do On the 6th day I went to a cane I said, this is better 10 days later I carry the cane, just in case What help was that if I was a wake, I worked on getting better I was 67 when I had the CVA I am still numb Getting better was my job I went back to work 6mon after the CVA

This is very interesting I had a bike accident the other week and landed hard on my hip I can now walk unaided but with a limp I believe I have psychosomatic as my brain is trying to protect my injured leg although it’s fine now I need to put weight on it and trust it when walking Will this video help?

I walk inside the house, most of the time without cane, except in the morning shortly after I'm taking the medication Outside I use a can or a rollator since the sidewalk is not flat and I'm afraid to fall My legs are strong Can you recommend what videos I should watch and learn? I use an arm sling to stabilize my left arm from throwing my balance out when I walk my wife doesn't feel comfortable on me doing that But I Walk into church without my cane I haven't gone into a store because my hip right side gives me pain I'm thinking of going back to rehab
