LOVE yourself first! Absolutely! I'm so grateful for my health every single day It requires a lot of effort to not fall apart, but even though I do at times Stress and anxiety are making my whole body ache, from the top of my head to my toes, every bone, every muscle, and joint is in pain after a big stress I went through a toxic abusive relationship, I lost my business, I fell into debt, I'm a working single mom to a child with autism and still trying to change my life for the better You're a great example of how mental health can also affect and break your physical health brbrThank you so much for sharing this story It makes me even more grateful for what I have and makes me proud of myself, that I'm still standing on the ground, still finding strength and patience and yet being helpful to others Sending LOVE and prayers ♥ ♥
