I dabble in stereo repair and flipping desired vintage stereo Mostly use it for funding my hobby of collecting and upgrading stereo that i have brbrI do have a nice basement that I COULD use to make it a business However, I really do not believe my spare time flipping and repairing stereo could bring in as much money as renting it out So it will stay rented out unless I could use them to make much more than rent (Don't see how I'll do that with a normal 9 to 5 job)brbrAnd recently i saw someone selling a pair of amplifiers at a price i couldn't refuse Went there, paid cash, and got the stuff home Was testing the much higher end one of the two amps, and it wiped the floor with my previous pride and joy power ampbrbrWell I guess my stock of available amps for sale just grew by 3 to 4 amps now

This is a great story, something I want to get back into because I also got laid off from two jobs this year and want to go back to working for myself I used to sell Salad and mushrooms but selling at a market was so boring to sit around, I was selling some items this spring on ebay but i sold out and moved when I got laid off, so it would be nice to get back into the business of flipping

reinvest is a huge deal if you are making 30 to make 30k you have to invest 100k so to make 90k that’s only 300k of investments The really cool thing is the small stuff that does 100 to 800 is super cool but these are very cheap item I think it is super cool to buy something for 2 dollars and sell it for 16 dollars this sounds like no big deal and not exciting at all but that is 8 times the money if you can do this 10 times in a day that’s only 140 dollars but you did have to put out 20 dollars for it

I once found a bunch of vintage vhs tapes and nes games in a dumpster behind a hospital thrift storeIasked the manager if he carries vhs or games he said nobody wants vhs and old games aren’t worth anything😂 I later found a 50000 brand new paintball mask in the same dumpsterI rarely go back because there’s a car repair shop that gets in my face every time I pull upI guess they are diving too!😂 fyi I’m a millionaire,but am addicted to reselling and my son works down the street from this thrift store and I drive him there 3x a week
