May I respectfully add another possible reason an organization may modify (or even rewrite) their mission statement? If a company is achieving their main objectives/goals, they learn about how to be more effective, and thus, can see new paths towards success and in reaching their vision (statement) To be even more effective with this newly gained knowledge (good or bad lesson learned through the challenges), an origination should have that reflected in a modified mission statement in order to give employees "new marching orders" and reach for higher success Thank you for your video Comment from : @larrycanupp411 |
