I'm looking into car washes now, I found a car wash thats completely gutted Its just a building with no equipment but the owner just wanted to sell the lot and does detailing under a tent there I feel like he's asking way to much for the lot but its in a great area How can I get ahold of you to help me out with this? Or any advice under this comment will be helpful also Thank you

We have one car wash in our town of 2500 in SE Missouri They have 2 automatic bays, the remaining are wand wash We have another that has been closed down for years It was strictly wand wash bays and two open no roof bays for large trucks It was the only truck wash available 2 elderly brothers owned/operated it until health issues prevented them from continuing It's been idle since I'm thinking the property could be purchased reasonably but I'm thinking the upgrades to a couple bay for automation and most likely, the delivery system for the wand system would need overhauled I wouldn't be able to tell good equipment from bad I'm an Ohio transplant and been to your town many times

We bought a car wash in 2007 By 2009 we were losing so much money every month We were paying out more than we were profiting It was a used car wash with old machines brMaybe if you buy a newer car wash it would be worth it brNot sure if it’s worth it and especially the headaches

I'm in the process of launching my own vending route, and I've used Brandon's advice more times than I can count already I'm probably around a month from getting my machines placed, but I'm sure I'll continue to come back here for more advice, and eventually, I'd love to bring on more entrepreneurs as contractors, but in the process of them working for me in that capacity, I'm also coaching and mentoring them to be able to either lease-to-own their own machines, or walk away and pursue another industry Either way, they are working for themselves, which is the goal of entrepreneurship
