This is a bit of a stretch At least for this video The house part is also an investment and especially for a first home comes with benefits without fully owning it (which could become rental property down the line) Plus the first house doesnt have to be a mansion It can be a decent, manageable space in a decent neighborhood [which in my opinion is better than these renting prices unless youre really unsure about securing interest in a property or out of necessity of course]
