i have never seen a bank in Nigeria that will give you physical USD for inflow into your Dom, The only way you can get physical USD is when it has been Deposited into your account Please check my statement and ask you bank very well The only way you can use the inflow is the spend it through your debit card through online shopping,

Polaris bank can also do the same as well(except for the virtual dollar card thing) and plus, they have less conditions to open one(just an ID, utility bill and passport picture) It is also important to note that they may ask you for some dollars to open one and I just gave them $5 and I got it

Opened access Dom account earlier this year they keep deactivating the ACC, when I go to the bank they will fix it but in less than 24hrs they will deactivate it again, I have money on the account and I can't access it
