 No need to flip any coins Make 10 groups of 1 coin each and there are multiple cases of two groups with the same number of heads If you consider groups having only one coin trickery, OK make 5 groups of two coins each, which yields at least 2 groups with the same number of heads up: 0,1,or 2 heads up Again, no coin flipping required Your puzzle did not have a constraint of having only 2 groups
