This will break your heart if you read this I've been a nurse for 15 years, and worked with a LOT of homeless people, many of which are completely brain fried from drug use Adults with intellectual disabilities end up homeless, and they like to party also But sometimes they just get lost out there Without family services are really limited in the US And they are stuck on the streets with the drug addicts and criminals
