You never factored in the hybrid battery replacement cost Hybrid batteries decreases in capacity overtime, hence, you have to replace it approx $7k and up unless you do a DIY (approx $3-4K You are paying upfront for a hybrid cost with less powertrain Your return of investment on fuel savings will take years to get (maybe 15-20 years) It just feels good at the beginning that you are refueling less When you add the cost of hybrid over conventional engine plus battery replacement (your battery warranty is usually five years) versus the fuel savings overtime may not make sense as far as dollar savings You can feel good about hybrid saving the environment but your pocket will do the loudest talking if you do the math You can fact check this as much as you want Not a whole lot of upside when it comes to money savings on hybrid vehicles Nothing beats the fun driving and power of V6 power in a minivan Comment from : @bugchaserdoc |

We ❤ our 2026 Carnival hybrid We have had it 6 months now FYI it does tell you to check the seats for a child if it senses movement in the back when you turn the vehicle off Additionally, If the doors are locked and you leave the vehicle with the key and there is someone still inside the vehicle, the alarm will go off It also tells you if you left your cell phone in the wireless charger when you shut the engine off and its still there So know that the Kia has that feature as well! How can anyone take this review serious ? You put the Honda odyssey on the bottom below Chrysler? The actualbrRanking on this list is as follows… Toyota sienna, Honda odyssey, Kia carnival, Chrysler Pacifica The only thing good about the Pacifica is the stow and go seats… but guess what… the back seats are incredibly uncomfortable for long trips and Chryslers reliability is awful… I’ve driven all these on road trips and we ended buying the odyssey for the v6 engine and amazing magic seats The sienna is amazing with its hybrid engine and fantastic gas mileage but you cannot remove the second row seats, like you can with the odyssey which is something that shouldn’t be over looked Comment from : @Bear10785 |

Sienna not having a removable second row without modification takes it off my list What’s the point of having a vehicle that big if it can’t split duties between house projects and family hauling? The high end trims near $60k and fully loaded with the entertainment, are over $60k Not sure if Toyota dealers are still marking them up brbrYou guys should have mentioned that the Pacifica only has Stow N Go with the 36L V6 fwd and awd; the hybrid model gives that up Though the middle seats may be removable still The technology is great if you love screens…heated seats and steering wheel being integrated into the infotainment screen is infuriating brbrCarnival seems to pop upon first site But it has less overall storage inside for all the stuff required for families brbr200lb seats? Sure, the Odyssey seats aren’t light, but they’re 70lbs each, not 200lbs The fact that they are removable and slide side to side and forward and backward is a huge plus The second row seats are also more comfortable than the Stow N Go seats in the Pacifica Sometimes being “old” isn’t a bad thing Sure, you could say it’s dated But all the most used functions have physical switches and buttons Yes, mileage isn’t great But it’s not great on the other V6 competitors And personally between losing the Stow N Go plus questionable Stellantis long term reliability, I would never go for the hybrid Pacifica Comment from : @g60corrado91 |
