I have just discovered your channel today and I love it!! These tips are wonderful! It's just my husband and myself and I am disabled Cooking is difficult for me, and my husband is autistic so basic cooking is about the extent of what we get After 12 years together, he has mastered sloppy joes, frozen pizza and the like, but still cannot understand that a meal consists of more than a main dish and requires a side and a vegetable He also doesn't like much taste variation brI would sure love to get your recipe for the ginger kombucha! I love how my body feels when I drink kombucha but it's so expensive!

We eat like that in latin america,all my elementary years we ate oatmeal for breakfast and flour tortillas homemade coffee for lunch we ate beef bone broth loaded with vegetable and homemade corn tortillas and for dinner my Gramma use the beef she reserved from the lunch and gave it to us for dinner with rice and beans only on Saturday we have poleada for breakfast spaghetti for lunch refried beans with fried plantains we never new we were poor our house was darkling ng clean and our clothes were home made
