If i get it right, the digital signature and cryptography secures the user for frauds, but the consensus algorithm is only good to agree which transactions go first from the memo pool, is that right?

For days im trying to understand how it secures transactions The transaction is taken from memopool, lets say randomly So if I'm sending two, or more transactions, that contradict each other, the first that will be taken and approved is the "real" one, enters the chain In the video (20:30), why would it split? Alice was first with the transaction approval, she got the hash, the block is added If bob doesnt spend any money right away, how other transactions contradict it?
