There are some bad ideas I don't understand why glass isn't recycled into glass again, that would have a much better energy balance Or the sand/plastic bricks in Kenya may be a great idea, but in the long term the problem will get worse, because paving roads with them may sound like a great idea, but in the long term it will turn into microplastics and ultimately end up uncontrolled in nature, in our waters, the oceans and ultimately in our blood Recycling is good in principle, but unfortunately many solutions are too short-sighted and in reality are not a solution

Recycling isn't that common because it's still inefficient and generates other costs and most of plastic so far cannot be recycled Those people do good, but it should be clear that capitalistic greed or negligence are not the source of pollution
