One more recommendation: NEVER take for granted that your will and discipline to save money will be the same in the next 5 - 10 years You will face many problems that can make you depressed or demotivated and that can impact the way you save money So my recommendation is no matter the situation you are in (health issues, robbery, etc) always keep saving and always have a monthly or anual goal in mind

Most experts advise 30-50 bonds This means your calculated gains would be much lower than indicated because instead of 100k invested equities you would only have 50 or 60k invested
