Gotta be very careful before getting your hopes up… I’m sorry, but this is NOT going to be a valuable coin in all likelihood In 1966, the mints did not make proof sets However they did make “Special Mint Sets” which are struck with a unique die and have a special finish This is an SMS coin in all probability, and therefore it is expected to have full steps, and is in no way rare

Looks close, but to get pcgs or ngc to pass a 6FS you need those steps to be sharp with no hits on them NGC will do 5FS as well
