Hi, in the previous video that you linked to this one, you said that this video was about Social Constructivism, which is a mixture of both Piaget and Vygotsky's theories As I am finding (with some difficulty) though, it seems that specifically "Social Constructivism" is more so attributed to Vygotsky and "Cognitive Constructivism" is more so attributed to Piaget Are they commonly thought of as separate entities like this and, if so, is what's known as general Constructivism (with neither adjective in front of it) just sort of a more simplified layman's combination of both of their more specific "Cognitive Constructivism" and "Social Constructivism" theories? Studying for an education test and I will need to know all of this super in depth, but I like to try to parse things out in my head for my own sake if I can If you can answer me, I'd appreciate it If not, I understand :) Comment from : @yobased2872 |
