Fha and usda loans you can probably buy a house right now or soon if you can buy 10 of a bitcoin My first house was a duplex, I paid about 5k down for 127k building, lived in one side and after rent I paid 300 to finish the mortgage Im now making roughly 1100 per month after the mortgage is paid and could probably raise the rent 200 on one side when the current tenant moves out brMaybe you can do both,

I think we should bring back the old name "bitcoins" and use it in place of Satoshis I feel like Satoshis will fall on deaf ears for the masses to adopt and understand it So 1x Bitcoin is 1BTC obv (impossible to attain by most), but 1x bitcoin(s) could be 1SATand once btc hits $1m, 1x SAT will be about $001so basically everyone can equate 1bitcoin(s) with 1 penny worth of purchasing power and feel "special" that they have 1,000x bitcoins ($10 lol) I mean SATS sound cool too I guess, but from a marketing standpoint this might be cooler maybeor more confusing though idk just thinkin outloud!
