When I lived in Taiwan 30 years ago I thought pudding tea was the thing! It was still mostly low cost high throughput with powdered flavors and cheap tea br The flavors seen in this video really do show 30 years of competition, evolution and variety I'd probably be paralyzed with indecisionbrI wonder if that other Taiwan institution, shaved ice (刨冰,tsuabing) has made it to California?

Really not a fan of the beer to wine to cocktails to spirits 'maturing' example It's out of order, but all of the above are things I definitely see, even very old, sophisticated gourmands drinking Wine and spirits by themselves would probably be the stereotypical top, with the more expensive varieties generally being far more expensive as well But it's just one miss, I'm sure if they opened a bar, they'd learn how wrong they are and do well
