Man I was rear ended 2 days ago now I felt fine all day I brought 2 other people who were with me to the hospital to be checked because they had sore chests and hips from the seatbelts One a child and one 29(f) year old I was in the driver seat We were hit hard enough to be pushed into the car in front of us My neck hurt right after the accident My hat flew off my head onto the floor in the back, my glasses went under my nose After telling everyone I was alright, now I'm feeling grinding in my neck when I turn It's like windows cracking under my skull Its stiff but still somewhat limber Idk how to explain it Like I can move it, but its grinding and my head feels heavy when I bend over to pick something up or hunch over my knees while I'm sitting

Just curious, do you have a serious injury "threshold" like New York? Basically, New York Insurance Law requires that the Plaintiff show a "serious injury" Examples are fracture, loss of fetus, permanent loss of a body organ or function, or an injury that keeps you from performing all of your daily activities for at least 90 out of the first 180 days after the crash
