If you find a judge or anyone of the courts you can sue 42 usc 1983 If a judge violated your rights they do not have immunity Ask for the oath of the judge They have to sign one If not any order is void

My ex brought in a printout of his paystub to our virtual court hearing lying about his monthly income Stating he only receives 5,000 a month and actually receives 15,000 brbrThe attorney generals office agent said well I see in our system that you make well over 200,000 My ex said nope that is an error brbrAgent tells me ma’am he has paystubs and there’s nothing we can do I appealed and later received a letter in the mail stating the appeal was denied I’ve tried many ways and for 5 years to get help from the attorney general and there’s a constant denial br😳😔

NOT QUITE - in many states, child support is not triggered for SNAP/foodstamps and Medicaid - it's not triggered unless the custodial parent also gets TANF/cash assistance

Soooo, non-custodial parents should just make sure they pay child support without being forced to - what is more often the case is that the custodial parent has not enforced through the courts and even when the state is the payor, there is arrears, so the child, the state and custodial parent loses

My sisters child father was behind roughly 7k a little below 8k on his child support he decided he would pay it all at once so he could help my sister with getting my niece everything she needed A few weeks after he said he sent the money through child support the state gave her a payment of a whooping $3,500 😂😂 the mother of my child continues to throw child support in my face as a threat in arguments we have so I’ve just decided to put myself on it 😂 Good luck fellas don’t have kids by American women

It wouldn't be necessary if the parent who isn't the primary care provider would pay their child support voluntarily making it so the other parent wouldn't need to get afdc (aid to families and children ) for their children
