Hello , question if available I Got in a car accident, I rear ended someone in a traffic jam who continued the chain totaling 3 cars I hit My car is totaled I have liability insurance, 25k of policy limit for damages and 25k per person medical but maxing at 50k per accident Only one person went to the hospital Is there a chance of me getting sued for that or not having my insurance cover all the medical bills or the car repairs? Hello, My son was in a car accident and found at fault He was a driver on my insurance policy The moped driver received injuries my car was damaged My insurance paid for the my car damages The moped driver had no registration or insurance I received a letter from my insurance saying that the moped driver received injuries and is suing me My insurance will pay $20,000 but he is seeking more than that I was notified to get in touch with a lawyer When I contacted my insurance she said it is too soon to get a lawyer now What should I do? 🙏🏾 Comment from : @myeshadapisces |
