I'm going to put this plan in place to pay off debt I have a $200/mo car payment, a loan that is about half paid ($7k) and some credit cards Paying off the bills faster will save me a lot on interest, the loan and the car are less interst than the CC, so I'll pay the CC first I only make $49k/year, and take home $500/wk after taxes, health insurance and 401(k) But I'll start using a budget b/c I really never have at 44 😳 I already live pretty frugally, but I'm sure I can find some ways to cut expenses more and maybe pick up a 2nd job temporarily (even though I only just quit my 2nd job after 15 years of working 2 😭) It's the last thing I want to do b/c it's been really hard on my mental and physical health, but I had to do it to take care of my mom

If anybody has any spear change in jars, roll it up & take it to the bank/ deposit it Dry clothes by hanging them indoors instead of using a dryer that will make your power bill higher When grocery shopping buy what’s on sale Drink water with one meal a day or even two Don’t buy the late model phones or electronic gaggits If you smoke, try to quil, cigarettes are too expensive & bad for your health & your finances, samething goes for drinking Times are tough & we have to get tough too This is a great video & it is filled with valuable information

Most Americans live off of credit cards in 2024/2025 because we don’t make enough to afford to live So our paychecks only pay off the cards essentially It’s planned this way and I don’t see it changing anytime soon

Doing things yourself helps! I invested in a bread machine when I found one on sale, now I just make my own bread when we need it I've saved so much just from that!
