If the audience members are not plants, do they sign a NDA or what? They basically can reveal the trick after every single show I know it was 6 years ago, but I doubt this was really the first reveal of that trick

This "volunteer" didn't expect it to go to trial, but rather a quick settlement based on the amount Copperfield would lose over his career by revealing the trick I assure you, this was NOT how the trick is done He gave an alternative version A magician NEVER reveals the trickeven if his competitors sent this "volunteer" to get hurt to force him to reveal it How did he actually do it? I met David backstage at a show because my girlfriend was levitated by him on stage She said beforehand they gave her a piece of gum to chew and she said she heard 2 clicks, 1 at each end by her head and feet when the hoop passed over those areas Anyway, when we met him backstage, lets just say he thinks a lot of himself
