Here's the problem with giving/loaning money If you give it to them once they'll never stop asking And if you keep giving it to them they'll start to think they're entitled to your hard earned money Had a so called friend always needing money for bills/food Once I've had enough the manipulation came out When that didn't work the rude comments came out Everyone has fallen on hard times but at some point you have to pick yourself back up

I've been burned too many times I never EVER loan to family and friends They get nasty when I ask for it back They will be homeless before they get anything from me again, and I keep extra money in pocket in my pocket for people in streets, none for family or friends anymore

Smart money, I wish I saw this video last year 😭 My sister-in-law and my brother borrowed money from me to make up their initial down payment of their mortgage in UK As I write this the lady had turned to a tigress that has vowed not to payback after a little payback she did That has generated so much problem and division in the family I regret EVER lending money to them Hard lesson in a hard way Thank you so much for an eye opener through this video 🙏

That's usually my answer giving instead of lending bc i hate when ppl say they're going to pay me back and the day comes and goes and they think nothing of it I hv a hard time saying no to close friends so i usually try and get off the phone if i feel it coming I think it says in the bible to whom much is given much is required so i just do it when i hv to and it usually comes back in other ways

1 It is obvious when someone is a money waster 2 If you lend people like that money, they will have the confidence to keep asking you for more favors that they don't intend to repay, and most of the time they're unreliable when you need them 3 If you gotta bribe a person to keep them as friends, that's not a friendship worth having in the first place Better alone, than in bad company

I do loan money I only loan it with the understanding that I might not get it back I never ask about the money, don't really think about it It's a pleasant surprise when I get paid back I will set a limit on how much you can owe me and still borrow money I don't want to hear your sad story or when I will be paid back

I don't ever want to say I don't loan money, I've done it a lot most of the time I get it back, alot of times late but I always ask what happened and if they can give me a valid excuse and a plan to pay me back I will do it but if they don't mention how they will pay me back I say no

Good advice is always bro but man I got to be honest Like the average person I live paycheck to paycheck I don't have money to throw away or even give away In these last days I'm less inclined to help people especially if I know the individual has opportunities sources and advantages that they can exercise Are own family members will stall and make us wait to pay the money back with some stranger on the street they'll give him his money back quick in a hurry if only to avoid someone putting hands on you but family members will take advantage of family members that love and care for them People just need to be more responsible with their money when possible you got to sock something away get a little nest egg work on your credit build up your credit so you can create or obtain your own loan sources will it be credit cards Banks lines of credit and only go to them as a last resort Thanks again for the video bro have a blessed weekend and a blessed Sabbath

Loaned $2,000 to a cousin Watch hom buy slot of expensive things but he had no money to pay me back? When all that Covid money came he finally paid me back In a crunch I loaned my niece $500 but she is teacher, she will prob pay me back? She had car problem, I paid for the repair so she could still go to work

Your advice is spot on👍🏿 It’s a quick way to ruin relationships I now just give( with set limits) or offer to help before they ask and call it blessing others I tried coaching approach unsuccessfully ( they don’t want to listen to advice on budgeting/ strategy)
