If you make the 20 bill in to a coin and the reason is you want to cut some expenses for circulating it, I think you should switch to polymer money like the Canada, NZ and Australia They don't wore off easily and lasted long than the traditional paper Braille system should also introduce into the money since there are alot of visually impaired persons that are already using Braille
