நான் தஞ்சையில் 7ஆண்டு கல்லூரி ஆசிரியராக 3கல்லூரிகளில் இருந்தேன் கடைசியாக நான் வேலை செய்த கல்லூரி பள்ளியை விட மோசமாக இருக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களின் வேலை நேரம் காலை 845 to மாலை 8 மாணவிகளை பாடய் படுத்துவார்கள் இனி கல்லூரி படிப்பே வேணாம் என்ற மன நிலைக்கு மாணவிகளை தள்ளுவார்கள் இதனாலே அங்கு முதுநிலை மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கை மிக மிக குறைவாக இருக்கும் அதற்கு ஆசிரியர்களை பாடாய்படுத்துவர்கள் அவர்கள் அடிமை ஆசிரியர்கள் சம்பளம் மிக குறைவு இது போல பல நிகழ்வு அந்த கல்லூரியில் என்னை நிலை நிறுத்த விருப்பம் இல்லாமல் போனது அங்கு பணியில் இருக்கும் போது depression ல என்னுடன் இருந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் பலர் இறந்தனர் நான் நானாக இல்லை மனதளவில் நான் பாதிக்கபட்டேன்இந்த அனுபவம் இவ்வளவு படித்து இன்றளவும் எனக்கு வேலை செய்ய பிடிக்கவில்லை வீட்டில் இருக்கிறேன் காசினால் எல்லாத்தையும் மறைத்து விடுவார்கள் காசு மட்டுமே பிரதானமாக இருக்கும் இடத்தில் நல்ல கல்வி கிடைக்காதுஎன் குழந்தைகளை சேர்க்க இது போல பள்ளியை தேடினேன் 4பள்ளி மாத்தி இருக்கிறேன்எங்கும் மனநிறைவு கிடைக்கவில்லை என் குழந்தைகள் பள்ளி படிப்பை முடித்துவிட்டார்கள்இது போல பல பள்ளிகள் இன்றைய தலைமுறைக்கு தேவை Comment from : @Vijivlog83
