This is really accurate I've just passed one of the toughest qualifications I've ever taken while swimming in the morning and going to 2 hii t classes in the evening Also getting a lunchtime nap in working from home And I didn't even stress over the exam just went and smashed it The more I trained physically the better retention of knowledge I had it shocked me even!

Snacks like apples are bith nutritious and give energy Nuts help with brain power but I don't remember the exact way they help They are nutritious too, just don't eat them if your allergic Also, avoid energy drinks, coffee or anything like that before taking exams or quizzes I did a lot of research on this and I use most of the information in the video before even reviewing this I get anxiety when exams or tests approach - It's not uncommon - I am viewing this to help a friend This is exactly what I think would help him Thank you
