I have had my Vitamix for years and had to replace the container once due to the blade rusted, Now I have a new container which cost me about $17500 and it no longer can fit under my kitchen cabinet I love it though

I love my Ninja I make smoothies in mine all the time I also use it for making snow cones for the grandkids Put ice cubes in the Ninja and in just a few seconds you have “snow” much finer than any snow cone stand makes

As a mom who loves to cook and someone who has used both kinds of blenders, I really only use my ninja blender to make smoothies with my kids (spinach over kale for us, a couple rounds of scraping down the sides of the blender to get any bits, and no flax seeds since I add flax to baked goods instead) For soups I use my immersion blender and all in all I hope that someday I’ll be able to splurge on a vitamix

I owned both I liked the ninja personal cups, specifically the shape and thatbrI didnt need to put a lid on it but the vitamix beats it in ever other catagory PLUS the ninja relies on a sharp blade to do its work, that wont last

I really want a vitamix, but their unwillingness to provide parts breakdowns or parts to the consumer is a dealbreaker for me At its price it’s something I expect As a consequence I will buy the ninja simply because they will at least sell me a different base without having to buy a whole new unit

In 2011, I bought my Vitamix, I bought some friends a Ninja No one still has their NInja I have my Vitamix, and it is still going strong The Vitamix is a workhorse I just bought my brother a Vitamix as he is eating healthier and adopting a whole food plant-based dietThe Vitamix is superior to them all

I have the ninja but the other iq model and the iq thing means the blender will purée what you put in until smooth without you having to check on it it will stop automatically so not a made up thing it actually works excellent

I really like the video, but I wish in test one after seeing that the Ninja blender hadn't made the soup as creamy, you'd continued to blend it so you could show us how much extra time it would have taken to get to that restaurant level creaminess brbrI get that in a restaurant environment every minute is important, but for a home chef if you can achieve the same level of creaminess with 4 minutes of blending instead of 2 minutes it really doesn't make a difference Really great video though, thanks for the comparison :)

You had a pretty serious confound in your soup test By scooping out one batch, and the rest goes in the other, you might find a preference to more oil from the surface gets scooped into the first, or more of the heavy solids end up in the second Alternating scoops until you cannot get full scoops would give you the most even comparison

Getting a Refurbished Vitamix around Black Friday, makes it A LOT more of a convincing "YES" I got myself a V1200 for $215 The refurb units come with a 5 year warranty (as apposed to 10 years on new units) Compare that to the ninja, which has a 1yr warranty

Ninja has multiple options and I agree with you on the 6 blade setup It works well, but not swell as the traditional setup for certain things That it why I went with the Foodi "ultimate" setup for $200 That way I have multiple options for blades With the multiple blade options and the top blender cup things that it is probably the best option for the money

The Vitamix actually has a rheostat (or potentiometer) for the speed and so it is infinitely adjustable The 10 speeds are just labels on the infinitely-variable twisty knob surround Our looks exactly like yours but we bought it at Costco for home use (do they have 2 lines? i hope we didn't spend $475, we got ours 8 years ago for maybe $300 or $350)

My wife just got the Ninja Professional Blender, and on her first try, she pushed the smoothie button, the IQ automatically pulsed the blades, and made a perfect puree from frozen fruits Additionally is comes with a food processor attachment with different blades that you can use to make nut butters I wonder if Brian was just in a rush, doesn't like reading instruction manuals, or didn't really make 10 smoothies that turned out badly all ten times🤔🤔🤔🤔
