The peolpes who are saying that india and pakistan are wrong in this list have better to know that in india and pakistan 13-15 years children can easily communicate and understand english i am from pakistan and i am studying english in my school since iam in 3rd standard 8 years old and we just not only study grammer but in a weak there is br2 or 3 classes which is known as conversation in which we give speeches in english and depate with our class fellows and remember in pakistan ( this for actually foreigners ) every interview taken in english if it is for school colledge uni office and etc and you have also just answer in english because they check your confident while i think in pakistan there is aplus point if you give your interview in english pakistan have a plus point for foreigner because every single teenager speaks english fluently and i think indian are also same of us because we both are from sub continent
