Sorry This is rubbish What happens to auditing of the accounts, which royalty receiver would accept these accounts as a legitimate representation of the financial position of this shell company, that is claiming it has no profits from the film brI wouldn't accept unaudited accounts and I would sue the shell company for false accounting/breach of contract or send the IRS evidence of tax invasion
