I have an online store(ebay) and also do auctions online (not ebay) usually the stuff I send to auction are items that are too big or heavy (furniture or VERY heavy amplifiers) items that are defective/untested/not good enough for ebay becausei have a dollar value and niche criteria for that I have been thinking of getting retail space and running both the store and auctions out of it but have been wondering if having them together would turn customers away For example, auction buyers thinking "oh, you're only auctioning off your junk" or the videogsme store buyers thinking "I'll just hlbuy your lower priced games at auction" I listened to you talk about the synergy of running more than 1 format out of the same shop What do you think are possible negatives or risks? Or are those minimal compared to all the benefits?

Your video also made me realize maybe start off selling at marketplace stores as a vendor booth Make sure I am sourcing products that sell, and as I grow I can later decide to open a thrift store or not of my own

I'm thinking of selling online again as I can't do super physical work anymore I have really bad arthritis in most of my joints I have a bunch of hangers and clothes steamer which is a start Have a huge amount of shirts

You did an outstanding job on what it takes to have a thrift store, or have a vendor spot in a thrift store, using the online resources, etc It looks like you have a thrift store that I wish I was close enough for me to visit!! 😆 I became a Sub and it will be interesting checking you out!!
