The administrative hours basically time to do charting as a future nurse practitioner ( only one year left) when I saw this i wasn’t what it was either I asked a nurse practitioner friend she explained it’s hours you get to chart you are still paid for and you don’t have patients schedule for that those hours Basically it gives you time to catch up and finishing charting

its true, Wife is a California RN and makes what I hope to be offered as a new grad PA the cost of living here is abysmal as well
