Everyone keeps claiming you can get banned from flipping, and I have yet to hear of a single case of that happening In the AH section of the battlenet game guide it explicitly states that once you buy something, you can do anything you want with it the same as if you found it - and relisting in the AH is used as a SPECIFIC EXAMPLE OF SOMETHING YOU CAN DO

also trading is not only done through the AH post something on d2jsp and the offical trading forums, and refresh the firt page after 5 mins, you will find your post is like on the 3rd or 4th page within 5 mins yes its dead!!
