no, the people who work in factories that produce money decided that they would put sackagewea (im stupid idk how to spell her name) or the girl on the dollar coin, onto the 2$ bill so they stopped making the regular 2$ bills in order to get rid of every single one, they belive that circulation of the old 2$ bills will end in around 2030
