First, I NEVER use my ATM anywhere EXCEPT at the bank and when I do I’m always on the lookout for skimmers People use their ATMs everywhere to buy groceries, coffee, fast food, gas, etc… By doing this you’re giving each one of these locations a door into your checking/savings account Only 1 has to have a skimmer to create big problems Banks are not obligated to return money that has been stolen from your account When they do it’s usually because it can be proven that it was their fault or they got pressured into it by a news story Credit cards are a different story If you report fraud/unauthorized charges in a timely manner they are required by law to remove the charges I use my credit card for the bulk of my purchases I just make sure that I pay my card off at the end of the month

Beware of Facebook accounts in Poland, they have been using Zelle and targets Facebook marketplace ads with a high dollar value They would inquire about your item and offers you a Zelle payment during the chat Do not reply! Block them as soon as they offer you a Zelle payment! They are scammers! FBI needs to investigate these Polish or Ukrainian Facebook accounts, they are scammers The questions is How did they get a Bank of America account when you need a US address to open an account?
