 I work at a gas station/convenience store/deli Almost ever weekend we get fake 100 bills Some of them have matching serial numbersbrHow do I tell real from fake?brMy guess is anything older that 2000 is fakebrAnd they are ALWAYS the older bills dated from the 80s or before They look odd My GM told me there were several stores in our area getting these fake billsbrThey have no watermarks; they have no magnetic strips; they have no red or yellow or blue threads; they look "old" and faded and wrinkled They even look slightly smaller than today's bills

 I think I got a fake 100$ from the bank It’s the series 1996 It has no uv light line when I put a uv light up to it It has his face in it and the shifting green 100 but damn I think I got scammed because of the no uv light It has the strip but the strip has no uv color
